Franchise success starts with great Training and On Boarding.   At Patrice & Associates, Our Training and On Boarding process is second to none.   We stay with you through your ramp up period to make sure you know how to operate a successful Patrice & Associates franchise opportunity.

Approximately 90% of our franchisees have never been in Executive Search (Recruiting), have no experience in Hospitality and are first time business owners.  And that’s OK!

Hospitality is not rocket science and never changes.  As an example, the Olive Garden doesn’t want to interview a Taco Bell Assistant manager.  Makes sense and doesn’t change.

Executive Search is developing relationship with clients (restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, etc) and people looking for jobs.

We offer:

  • 3 Week Training Program: 1 Week Virtual, 2 Weeks at Headquarters.
  • 1 Week Classroom instruction including live phone labs!
  • 1 Week On the Job Experience (OJE). You’ll leave working real job orders and candidates.
  • 6 weeks post education curriculum.
  • 90 days operational mentoring from an experienced successful peer mentor.
  • 6 months business coaching.
